Texas Travels

Texas is a big state, which means lots and lots of driving time.
Here are a few photos of life on the road, plus some fun stops we made on the way.

Matthew, taking a turn at driving our bus.

Miranda made us all some yummy smoothies.

Mom, washing dishes.

In Navesota Texas we found a bunch of pecan trees. The girls had fun gathering and then later shelling them.

Buck-ees!

Blue Bell Creameries.

Ice cream!!!

Family is the best!

"And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another,
even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
Ephesians 4:32

Friends in Texas

We are in Texas!
This past week we stayed at some good friends of ours, the Telfer family.
They were such a blessing and encouragement to us. We had a blast!

Playing spoons.

We also played some Catan.

~ Miranda and Hannah ~

Friday evening we sang at a church near San Antonio TX.
The concert went really well and the people there were once again very generous.
Thank you so much!

After the concert, the Telfer's treated us out to Krispy Kream Doughnuts.

We actually got to watch them being made!

Pick your choice of flavors!

They were so awesomely delicious!

Here is yours truly, having a bunch of Krispy Kream hats stacked on top of her head.

~ Grace ~

On the way back from Krispy Kream, the Telfer kiddos rode home with us in our RV.

This is what happens when you pile a bunch of young people in a vehicle who are hyped on sugar.

This is the bunch of us girls.
We had a awesome time together!
Thanks again Telfer's for inviting us to your place and giving us such a wonderful and enjoyable experience. We will be missing you bunches!

I tell ya, these two girls loved to hang out with each other.
It was sad for all of us to have to say good-bye.

The lovely parents.

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not onto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths."
Proverbs 3:5
