Naomi's Graduation Party

4th of June Graduation Party for Naomi.

The dessert table.

All ready for some work in the kitchen.

Laurissa, working on cutting the watermelon.

Some of us had fun trying out the yard version of the game Dutch Blitz.

Later we lit a fire for some s'mores.

And did a little music jamming with good friends.

Our brother-in-law Joel with his son Ethan.

Our yard was packed that evening, with our motorhome, a bus and fifth wheeler in our driveway!

Our house was full too!
Here's all us youth eating breakfast in the living room.

And the parents enjoying some time together at the diner table.

May Endeavors

The last two weeks of May were filled with lots of different projects that needed to be done around the house. Like for one, tackling our messy basement.

Another was to get one of our flower beds redone.
We were able to barrow this skid steer from our neighbors for putting the rocks in.
Miranda's all ready to go!

Laurissa, hard at work rearranging the spilled rocks.

More outside projects. Getting the horse pasture all cleaned up.

The brush pile!

There were also violin lessons that happened.

And a morning breakfast with a special friend.

We did a concert as well.
Smiles during warmup. ;)

In concert.

Even though life gets a bit crazy sometimes it's never too busy to just sit back and really soak in and enjoy the little blessings in life. Like a beautiful sunset.
God's creation never ceases to amaze me!

"Be still, and know that I am God:
I will be exalted among the heathen,
I will be exalted in the earth."
Psalm 46:10
